Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cabbage
- 1 lb burger
- 1/2 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 T mayonaise
- 5 oz finely grated cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Very finely slice the 1/2 lb of cabbage. Grate the onion. Combine cabbage, onion, egg and burger. Form into 6 meatballs, slightly flattened, and place in oiled baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Mix mayonaise and grated cheese. Place a dollop on top of each meatball.
